Where did yoni steams originate?
It has been practiced in Africa (Mozambique, South Africa), Asia (Indonesia, Thailand), and Central America (among the Q'eqchi' people). Vaginal steaming is described in spas as an ancient Korean treatment for reproductive organ ailments and is claimed to have other benefits.

2 to 4 steams
Fill your yoni pot/bowl with desired amount of distilled water. Add about 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to your water in your pot to help draw out toxins and heal from razor bumps/burns from shaving. Once the water has come to a boil, add 1/3rd  or half bottle of herbs to the boiling water. Allow the herbs to boil in the water for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Check the steam temperature to ensure it is at a comfortable temperature…… then perform your Yoni Steam for about 30 minutes.
